SHIPPING POLICY

We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.


ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship throughout:

  • Romania

  • European Union countries

  • Selected international destinations

If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are:

Romania

  • 1–3 business days

European Union

  • 3–7 business days

International

  • 5–15 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, weather conditions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your shipment.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs unless explicitly stated.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Saltora is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us because:

  • the delivery address was incorrect,

  • delivery was refused,

  • the package was unclaimed,

  • or the courier was unable to complete delivery,

we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please inspect it immediately upon delivery.

  • If possible, report the damage to the courier before accepting the package.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

    • the package,

    • the shipping label,

    • the damaged products.

If your shipment appears to be lost during transit, please contact us. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


DELIVERY DELAYS

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • severe weather,

  • customs inspections,

  • transportation disruptions,

  • public holidays,

  • courier operational issues,

  • force majeure events.

Saltora cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

In some cases, orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery or due to stock availability.

There will be no additional shipping charge for split shipments initiated by Saltora.
