Refund window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • All tags and labels are still attached
  • Item has not been worn, used, or altered
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-refundable items

How to request a refund

Return shipping

Refund processing time
